Congratulations on joining Creative Mindfulness

Welcome to the Creative Mindfulness program.

I'm delighted you've chosen to join this course and I'm looking forward to meeting you and working with you in this amazing program.

We'll begin with the 9-week Certificate program and then continue onto the 10-month Diploma program.

Each week you'll receive an email with links to the course material.

Recommended Materials:

Journal - make sure the pages are strong enough to use water colour, pens, pencils - most art journals are suitable.

You may choose to use one for taking notes and reflection, and another for your creative work.

It's up to you how to work best.

For mark-making activities: Water colors or gouache, acrylic paints

Range of brushes, pencils - general art supplies

Found objects (from your walks), interesting 'stuff' (e.g. paper bags, magazines, old books or prints, anything that draws your attention)

Plasticine or modelling clay

Kinetic sand (found in children's toy shops) - or a sand tray - (optional)
